Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., logistics, customs, or weather) are not the responsibility of Artshop.
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable.
5. Returns & Refunds

Seasonal products included in Christmas, Halloween, and Ramadan products, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

However, if the return is due to a change of mind, an open or used product, or other non-defective reasons, the customer won't be able to return it for seasonal products; and for the rest of the products he may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
