Artshop reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability). 4. Shipping & Delivery Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and availability. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., logistics, customs, or weather) are not the responsibility of Artshop. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and are non-refundable. 5. Returns & Refunds Customers may request a return or exchange within [14 days] of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact. Seasonal products included in Christmas, Halloween, and Ramadan products, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We advise you to check your order as soon as you receive it. However, if the return is due to a change of mind, an open or used product, or other non-defective reasons, the customer won't be able to return it for seasonal products; and for the rest of the products he may be responsible for the return shipping costs. 6.
